How long will my order take to arrive?

To keep prices sharp, some items ship directly from our international suppliers. Please allow 14–36 business days for delivery. (Busy seasons and customs may add a few days.)

Can I track my order?

Yes—just message us with your order number and we’ll send your tracking details. Some orders generate multiple tracking numbers if items ship separately.

What if I want to return an item?

We offer 30-day returns on unused, unopened items in original packaging. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right. (For hygiene reasons, opened skincare/makeup can’t be returned unless faulty.)

How can I pay for my order?

Will my order arrive all in one parcel?

Not always. Because we ship from multiple partner warehouses, your items may arrive in separate parcels and on different days. You’ll receive tracking for each shipment.
